- What are your hours? We are open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 5 days per week.
- What is the teacher-child ratio? The classroom ratio is up to 10:1 child-to-teacher
- Do you offer only full-time care or part-time care? We offer full-time and part-time care and will work with you to build the optimal schedule for you and your child.
- Are meals included? Yes, depending on your child's schedule, meals include a nutritious breakfast, two snacks, and a healthy hot lunch each day. We are a completely peanut- and nut-free facility.
- What safety and security measures are offered? We follow all IDPH Covid Guidelines and all current DCFS Covid guidance. Our facility is locked 24 hours a day. Staff is CPR- and first-aid certified. Our outside onsite playground is fully enclosed. Staff and children are trained in emergency plans, and there is an emergency kit on the premises at all times.
- How is payment collected? Payment is due at the beginning of each month or week by check. We also accept Zelle payments. We do not accept cash or credit cards.
- What are your tuition costs? Our tuition is very competitive within our area.
- What age ranges are your programs designed for? All children entering school must be 3 years of age and toilet trained. We have programs for 3- to 6-year-olds (preschoolers and kindergartners).
- Are you open all year? Preschool and kindergarten enrichment programs are open from September to May each year. We have summer learning and day-care programs from late May to mid August. Preference for summer programs go to registered students first.
- What special programs do you offer? Aside from fun exercise each day, we offer field trips throughout the year and special events that involve parents, siblings, and extended family. Examples include Dad's Day, Mother's Day Tea, Family Fun Night, Christmas PJ Pageant, Stone Soup Luncheon, Train trip, Fire safety trip, parent education programs, and social events. All these events are subject to Covid guidelines.
